Privacy Policy

1. Information about our customers

• Account: your name, email address and login details, handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk.
• Billing: your plan, subscription status and billing address. Card details are entered with and stored by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Your use of the Service: the filters you save, which filters are emailed, the status you set on leads (contacted, quoted, closed, dismissed), exports you request, and messages you send through the Feedback page.
• Email records: which emails we sent you and when. Our email provider may record delivery events such as bounces.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use it

• to provide the Service: show your leads, send the emails you choose, and run your account;
• to bill you and handle your subscription;
• to answer your questions and feedback, and send service notices such as billing or policy changes;
• to keep the Service secure, enforce our Terms, and prevent misuse such as bulk copying;
• to understand and improve how the Service is used.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

3. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure the site. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

4. Service providers

We share information only with providers that run parts of the Service for us:

• Google Cloud: hosting and database;
• Clerk: sign-in and account management;
• Stripe: payments and billing;
• Resend: sending email.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

5. Information about motor carriers

The Service shows records that FMCSA publishes about motor carriers: company names, USDOT and docket numbers, authority and insurance filings, fleet size, and the business address, phone, email and officer names carriers report on their MCS-150 filings. These are public government records. We present them as published and link to the source. If you are a carrier and believe a record is wrong, it must be corrected with FMCSA; once FMCSA updates it, our copy updates too. You may also email support@newauthorityleads.com with questions about how we show your information.

6. Businesses we contact

We may email insurance agencies and their staff about the Service, using business contact details from public sources such as company websites and industry directories. Every such email identifies us and includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs promptly. To be removed, use the opt-out link or email support@newauthorityleads.com.

7. Retention

We keep account information while your account is open. After you close it, we delete or anonymize it within 90 days, except billing and tax records, which we keep as long as the law requires, and backups, which expire on their normal schedule.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and passwords and card data are handled by Clerk and Stripe rather than stored by us. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you if a breach affects your information as the law requires.

9. Your choices and rights

• Turn emails on or off per filter in the Email tab, or pause them all; every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Update your name, email and password under Account.
• Ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing support@newauthorityleads.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

11. Changes and contact
